I set up so that I would randomly pick a new person each day to draw. This was the lucky Gaian who got to be drawn. Her name was questionable so I'm not posting it, as well as labeled it with SHE rather than her name.
Anyways, This is my second Chibi-ish style. I'm slowly moving away from chibi and into this kind of hybrid-chibi style... I like it ^_^
Done in about 5 hours from start to finish. Sketch done on drawing paper with #2 Pencil Lineart and Coloring done in Photoshop CS3 with a Mouse.
Your chibi style still has more proportions aligned than the average chibi. Average chibi style has the head almost equal in size to the body. The only critique I can give seems to be for you to maybe shrink the legs a bit. You did a great job on the arms but the legs still seem a bit too long.
-- If you see a killer bunny anytime soon, it's just my minion bunnies on a mission. If they attack you, it's only because they're hungry.
I dunno... it's like, I started off wanting to draw in the chibi style. but as I drew, I didn't like it. So it evolved into this Chibi/Anime/Manga Hybrid thing. I dunno, I like it. I'm just not sure what to call it XD

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
